Unforgetty ("we", "our", "us") operates the Unforgetty application. This policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your information.
Unforgetty collects only the information needed to run the app, including uploaded images, scheduling data for Live Activities, friend-related identifiers needed to send shared Live Activities, anonymous usage analytics, and Spotify API data when you connect Spotify.
If you connect Spotify, Unforgetty may access information made available through the Spotify API only to provide Spotify-related app features. Spotify account access is subject to Spotify's own terms and privacy policy.
Unforgetty uses trusted third-party services to operate the app, understand anonymous usage, and provide connected features.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Unforgetty, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the app. Uploaded images and scheduled activity data may remain stored until they are deleted, expire, or are no longer needed for the feature.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by Unforgetty. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Unforgetty is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page.

By using Unforgetty, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.
Unforgetty helps users create reminders, upload images, schedule app activity, use Live Activities, share selected Live Activities with friends, and connect Spotify-powered features.
You keep ownership of images and content you upload. You grant Unforgetty a limited permission to host, process, display, transmit, and use that content only as needed to operate app features you choose to use.
Do not upload images or content that you do not have permission to use.
Unforgetty may schedule and send Live Activities through Apple systems. If you use friend features, selected activity information may be sent to or received from friends as part of that feature.
Delivery of notifications and Live Activities can depend on device settings, network availability, Apple services, and operating system behavior. We do not guarantee that every notification or Live Activity will be delivered on time.
Spotify features are provided through Spotify API access and may require you to connect a Spotify account. Your use of Spotify is also governed by Spotify's terms, privacy policy, and developer platform rules. Unforgetty is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by Spotify unless expressly stated.
We may update, suspend, remove, or change parts of Unforgetty at any time. Some features may rely on third-party services, including Apple services, Spotify, analytics providers, and hosting infrastructure.
Unforgetty is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unforgetty and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
We may suspend or terminate access to Unforgetty if we believe these terms have been violated, if continued access creates risk, or if required by law.

This Privacy Policy explains what information RepZet ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use the App, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Goals, experience level, training frequency, physical measurements such as height and weight, exercise preferences, and selected muscle groups. This information is used to generate and personalize your training plan.
Name and email address, if you provide them.
Pages viewed, steps completed, and general interaction with the App, collected via PostHog to understand how the product is used and improve it.
Subscription purchases are handled entirely by RevenueCat and the relevant app store or payment processor. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made, but we never see or store your card details.
We use the information above to generate and adjust your personalized plan, remember your progress between sessions, operate and improve the App, communicate with you about your account or subscription, and understand product usage in aggregate.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers that help us run the App, including PostHog for analytics and RevenueCat for subscriptions and payments, solely to provide their respective services under their own privacy and security commitments.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

The App is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RepZet (the "App"), operated by RepZet ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, completing the onboarding quiz, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
RepZet generates a personalized training plan based on the answers you provide during onboarding, including goals, experience level, training frequency, physical measurements, and exercise preferences. It also lets you log workouts and track progress over time.
RepZet is a fitness and training tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition, injury, or are pregnant. You use the App and follow any generated plan at your own risk.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during onboarding because the quality of your plan depends on it.
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing frequency, and any free trial are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Unless cancelled beforehand, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown at checkout.
Subscription purchases are processed by RevenueCat and our payment provider; we do not store your card details. You can cancel anytime from your account or app store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.
You agree not to misuse the App: no reverse engineering, no reselling access, no uploading unlawful or infringing content, and no attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
The App, its design, and its content, excluding your own data, belong to RepZet and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.
The App uses PostHog for product analytics and RevenueCat for subscription and payment management. Their processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy and their respective terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepZet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including injuries resulting from exercise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
