Your Responsibilities

Delivery of notifications and Live Activities can depend on device settings, network availability, Apple services, and operating system behavior. We do not guarantee that every notification or Live Activity will be delivered on time.
Spotify
Spotify features are provided through Spotify API access and may require you to connect a Spotify account. Your use of Spotify is also governed by Spotify's terms, privacy policy, and developer platform rules. Unforgetty is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by Spotify unless expressly stated.

Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RepZet (the "App"), operated by RepZet ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, completing the onboarding quiz, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Description of the Service
RepZet generates a personalized training plan based on the answers you provide during onboarding, including goals, experience level, training frequency, physical measurements, and exercise preferences. It also lets you log workouts and track progress over time.
Not Medical Advice
RepZet is a fitness and training tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition, injury, or are pregnant. You use the App and follow any generated plan at your own risk.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during onboarding because the quality of your plan depends on it.
Subscriptions and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing frequency, and any free trial are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Unless cancelled beforehand, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown at checkout.
Subscription purchases are processed by RevenueCat and our payment provider; we do not store your card details. You can cancel anytime from your account or app store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App: no reverse engineering, no reselling access, no uploading unlawful or infringing content, and no attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Intellectual Property
The App, its design, and its content, excluding your own data, belong to RepZet and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.
Third-Party Services
The App uses PostHog for product analytics and RevenueCat for subscription and payment management. Their processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy and their respective terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepZet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including injuries resulting from exercise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Privacy Policy
iWishy ("we", "our", "us") operates the iWishy application. This policy describes how information is handled when you use the app.
Last updated: September 2, 2026
Summary
We do not collect, track, or have access to your data. iWishy stores your wishlists directly in your own Apple iCloud account using CloudKit and CoreData. We do not use any analytics, tracking, or statistics service. The only piece of information stored alongside a shared list is the display name you choose, so that people know who shared a list with them.
Third-Party Services
We do not sell information, and we have no ability to share your wishlist data because we do not store it ourselves. iWishy does not use any analytics, tracking, or statistics service. The only third-party services involved are Apple iCloud, used to store and sync your data, and RevenueCat, used to manage subscriptions.
| Service |
Purpose |
Data involved |
Link |
| Apple iCloud (CloudKit & CoreData) |
Stores and syncs private and shared wishlist data directly in your iCloud account. |
Wishlist and item data, and the display name attached to shared lists. |
icloud.com |
| RevenueCat |

Data Retention
Your wishlist data is retained in your iCloud account for as long as you keep it there. Private lists remain under your sole control and can be deleted by you at any time from your own iCloud storage. Shared lists remain in the collaborative iCloud zone until the list is deleted or you leave the share. We do not separately retain or back up your data, because we never hold a copy of it.
Your Choices
- You can keep all of your wishlists private and never share them.
- You can delete a private or shared wishlist at any time, which removes it from iCloud.
- You can leave a shared wishlist at any time to stop participating in it.
- You can manage or disconnect iCloud access for the app from your device's iCloud settings.
Security
Because iWishy stores your data directly in Apple iCloud rather than on servers we operate, the security of your data depends on Apple's iCloud security and encryption practices. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
iWishy is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
Acceptance
By using iWishy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.
The Service
iWishy lets you create and manage wishlists, stored using Apple's CloudKit and CoreData. Private wishlists are stored only in your own Apple iCloud account. Public or shared wishlists are stored in a collaborative iCloud zone so that people you invite can view or participate in them. Apple is solely responsible for the operation, availability, and security of the iCloud infrastructure used to store and sync this data.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content, items, and information you add to your wishlists.
- You must have the rights needed to add or share any content through the app.
- You may not use iWishy to create or share illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
- You may not interfere with the app or the underlying Apple iCloud services it relies on.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or misuse the app.
Subscriptions and Billing
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription purchases are processed by RevenueCat and the App Store; we do not store your card details. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from your App Store account settings.
Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, remove, or change parts of iWishy at any time. Some features rely on third-party services, including Apple iCloud and RevenueCat.
Disclaimers
iWishy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iWishy and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to iWishy if we believe these terms have been violated, if continued access creates risk, or if required by law.
Privacy Policy
ReWearly ("we", "our", "us") operates the ReWearly application, a digital closet that helps you organize your clothes, plan outfits, try them on virtually and avoid repeating the same outfit. This policy describes what information is handled, where it goes and why.
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Summary
Your closet lives on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your own Apple iCloud account. Photos are cut out and classified on your iPhone. Photos only leave your device when you use an AI feature that needs them (the virtual try-on, improving a garment picture, or identifying a garment), and then only to produce that result. We use an anonymous account to manage subscriptions, credits and gifts, product analytics to improve the app, and we never sell your data.
Information We Handle
Your closet
Garments, categories, outfits, plans, suitcases and the pictures you add are stored on your device. If iCloud is available, they are synced to your private iCloud database through Apple CloudKit so they appear on your other devices. We do not operate servers that store your closet and we cannot access your private iCloud data.
Photos and camera
With your permission, ReWearly reads photos you choose (or scans your photo library during onboarding) and uses the camera to capture garments. Detecting, cutting out and classifying clothes happens on your device using Apple Vision and on-device machine learning models. Your photo library is never uploaded.
AI features
Some features send data to our server so an AI model can produce a result:
- Virtual try-on: the body photo you select and the garment images of the outfit.
- Improve a garment: the garment image you want to enhance.
- Identify a garment: a cut-out garment image, to suggest its type, color and name.
- Stylist: your messages and a text description of the garments in your closet (type, color, name), not your photos.
These requests are processed by our server and forwarded to AI providers through OpenRouter (models from Google and OpenAI) only to generate the result you asked for. Results are stored temporarily in a private file that only your account can read, and are deleted as soon as the app downloads them. Body photos used for the try-on are kept on your device and in your iCloud, not on our servers. You decide when to use these features, and the app asks for your consent before the first try-on.
Account, name and credits
ReWearly creates an anonymous account identified by a random ID. It is not linked to your email or Apple ID. It is used to manage your subscription, your credits, gifts we may send you, and to authorize AI requests. If you tell us your first name, it is stored with this account so the app can greet you. You can change it in Settings at any time.
Subscriptions and purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat, using the same anonymous ID. We receive your subscription status, product and credit balance, but never your payment details.
Usage analytics and diagnostics
We use PostHog to understand how the app is used and to find errors: for example which screens are opened, which buttons are tapped, whether an import or a try-on succeeded or failed, and basic device information (model, iOS version, language, country, app version). These events are associated with your anonymous ID. We do not use them for advertising and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Notifications and in-app messages
If you allow notifications, your device's push token is stored so we can tell you about gifts and updates. To decide which in-app messages to show, the app shares non-identifying attributes with our messaging service, such as language, country, app version, whether you are subscribed, your number of garments and your credit balance.
Location and weather
If you allow location access, your approximate location is used only to fetch the weather forecast from Open-Meteo for outfit planning. It is not stored on our servers.
Importing from websites
When you import a product from a store's website, the app loads that page to extract the product images. The store may receive a normal web request from your device.
How We Use Information
- To provide the app's features, including syncing, AI results and notifications.
- To manage subscriptions, credits and gifts.
- To understand usage, fix bugs and improve ReWearly.
- To communicate with you about the app when you contact us.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service Providers
- Apple (App Store, iCloud/CloudKit, push notifications).
- RevenueCat (subscription management).
- PostHog (product analytics, United States).
- OpenRouter, and through it Google and OpenAI (AI image and text generation).
- Appwrite, running on a server we operate (anonymous accounts, AI requests, gifts and messages).
- Open-Meteo (weather forecasts).
Retention and Deletion
Your closet stays in your device and iCloud until you delete it or delete the app and its iCloud data. AI results are deleted from our server once delivered. Analytics events are kept for as long as needed to improve the app. To delete your anonymous account, name, push token and associated analytics, write to rewearly@gabrisp.com and include the ID shown in Settings.
Your Choices and Rights
You can deny or revoke access to photos, camera, location and notifications in iOS Settings. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data and to object to its processing. Contact us at rewearly@gabrisp.com to exercise these rights.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Files on our server are private to the account that created them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
ReWearly is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above.
Acceptance
By using ReWearly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.
The Service
ReWearly lets you build a digital closet from your photos, organize your clothes, create and plan outfits, pack for trips, get outfit ideas from a stylist and see outfits on yourself with a virtual try-on. Some features use artificial intelligence and require an internet connection.
Your Content
You keep all rights to the photos and content you add. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to provide the features you use, including sending it to our AI providers when you request an AI result. Only upload photos you have the right to use, and only use photos of other people with their permission.
AI-Generated Results
Try-on images, improved garment pictures, garment suggestions and stylist recommendations are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. A try-on is an approximation, not an exact representation of how a garment fits. Use your own judgment before buying or wearing anything.
Subscriptions and Credits
ReWearly Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (weekly, monthly or every six months). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Some features, such as the virtual try-on and improving a garment, use credits. Each subscription period includes credits that expire when the period renews. Credits we give you as a gift may have their own expiry date, shown in the app. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are not refundable. If an AI request fails, its credits are returned.
Acceptable Use
- Do not upload illegal, sexual, abusive or infringing content.
- Do not upload images of minors or of other people without their consent to the virtual try-on.
- Do not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, overload or bypass limits of the service.
Changes and Availability
We may update, suspend, remove or change parts of ReWearly at any time. Some features rely on third-party services, including Apple iCloud, RevenueCat and AI providers, and may be unavailable from time to time.
Disclaimer
ReWearly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReWearly and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to ReWearly if we believe these terms have been violated, if continued access creates risk, or if required by law.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
